Heather bashing bog trotting fun. A loop I’ve had my eye on for a while and finally gave it a go.

Insane views. Really tough terrain. Thankfully there was a pleasant breeze as on the rare occasion it dropped the heat was unbearable. 

Virtually no water en route so had a pretty heavy load.

I had a wobble at 45km but picked up and worked hard there after to recover time with a sub 10hr in mind.

Met Pete for a much needed bonus water and pacing back to finish in 09hr44m44s. Very pleased with that.
