Drove to where we rode up two days ago and ran up to the top! Feeling on 🔥 right now, settled into a comfortable pace on the climb (ran for the first 3 miles then powerhiked most of the last part) then worked on opening up the stride and leaning forward in the fire road descent. Top technical part was slow as the wind kept blowing hair over my eyes 😆 solid day!!
