Good workout, what rest period between sets?
Ca 5min. Maybe a little less. Would you suggest longer/shorter rest period?
Shorter, if you manage 8 x 5min w/ 1 min rest at approx the power of your best mean maximal 20 min power you'll be hitting a solid session. Don't do it more than 2-3 times a week and have an easy day in between.

Start of doing 6 reps, then build up to do 8. Thanks, races were fun. Looking forward to Norwegian cup too. I've got a sore calf, but should recover for Sunday.
