Hey Charles, been a while! Yep. Training towards the Yorkshire Marathon in early October. Will be interesting completing long runs in the summer heat!
Heat training is good for you. Any target time considering current performance?
I reckon I'm somewhere between London's GFA of 3:05 and sub-3... Should find early October quite refreshing once I get there!
