Verdugos East-to-West 1 hour effort, slurpee, then Big T Loop. I really wanted to skip the Big T loop part before my slurpee, and after I felt like I could do it. I did not have enough water. Rationing on Big T, I was out by the time I hit AFH. Managing my effort was difficult, I wanted to go faster to get it over with but every little increase in power was costing me a ton. I was so overheated. I don't know if I have ever sweat that much!! My clothes are absolutely covered in Salt stains.
