But it was a lovely ego boost when we paused to help a cyclist who looked lost. It turns out that she wasn't, but after chatting a while, as we were about to move on, I mentioned my name so that she'd know who I was on the Strava Flyby, and she said "Oh, I know you, I saw about this ride on your blog, and it's your Strava track that I'm following now."







Achievement unlocked.  And a new pump ordered.



The title says "Cursed", but I was blessed to have Manseki (and his tools and experience and attitude) with me.
