    Yes Tanya that's gonna take some looking at! Perhaps I won't bother. Elevation is still not as great as the Transvulcania Paul but tough nonetheless. The video is going to be pretty sparse I'm afraid Roy. I only filmed sporadically as I needed to concentrate on running and staying sane. Cheers as always Gary.

    Hi well done,great running. I saw this graphic (http://www.likethewindmagazine.com/effort-kilometre/) that puts the south downs way as a much greater 'effort per kilometer' even than the transvulcania so to do it so soon afterwards is a really great job. PS ..any plans to do 'The Spine' ?(!)
