5.5 years ago, I ran long runs of 13 miles two days in a row and broke my femur in the process. This weekend, Jacob and I ran 24.7 and 29.5 miles in consecutive days and while we feel awful, I don’t believe either of us is injured. All things considered, felt surprisingly good. Beautiful day for a run. Caleb came along and helped us lop over 40 minutes off the existing Bryce traverse FKT. 5:01:18. Still soft. Come and take it
