I deleted mine on Strava, as the GPX had me beating you on some things and thats absolute bogus. Plus it came up with 36 miles? My suunto file was much closer to your numbers.

How was it? Bruce and I have been talking about doing this run :).

McMillan Park through Devil's Dome is amazing. Still lots of snow in central and north Jackita (especially below Anacortes crossing; we had to bushwhack about 3 miles there). Descent down to the lake is overgrown with 10-15 trail-blocking blowdowns. But it's great to do such a pure loop and then stand back, look at Jack and Crater, and think you just went all the way around them. Definitely worth doing. I think we all agreed it was pretty awesome :)

This is a few years back now, but awesome work. I'm always envious of your stamina on these types of runs. Planning to do this as a 1 nighter this coming summer, but certainly not at this pace. Great stuff.

Thanks Erik! Devil's Dome is a WA classic; I'm sure you'll enjoy it. If you want something long but still a day trip (under 40m): Spider-Buck loop, Buck-High-Little Giant loop, Copper Ridge loop, North Fork Sauk-Pilot loop, etc, all are great too!
