• The temperature gauge at Kyōmi today read 34º!
• My goal for the day was to do 4–5 3–5m threshold intervals ending in 30s explosive sprints out of the saddle, though the sprinting part didn’t really happen. I did one interval on Kyōmi bypass and three others on Mochikoshi west. It was scorching hot out, and I lost my steam on the 3rd Mochikoshi interval and decided to call it a day.
