Love this iconic Tucson trail runners route. Goals for today were get a PR (14 min PR from 2020) ✅, run the hills smarter and stronger ✅, blast the last 4 miles (5:20 pace 😝) ✅, have fun ✅, not to fall or twist an ankle 👎, and to break into the top 5 times ✅. Id say training is going well. I feel fantastic afterwards. 

I still don’t know all the turns without slowing/stopping to look at my map, rolled my ankle once and stopped to pee 5 times lol. So I think I could shave another 2 mins off with better execution.
