Used it as a faster long run (C race) at 75-80% of race intensity and a bit of practice at taking gels/drinking at speed. Did contemplate a kick to take first around Chatsworth as felt quite comfortable, but posterior of legs felt slightly tight from it being the last session of a big 5weeks training block and aggressive shoes (prizes for first open and first mu23 were the same too. 😂) So for once decided to be sensible and not risk any muscular damage ahead of the ‘bigger’ B races in the next two weeks. 
Nutrition: gel at ~45minute and ~1:30hour, 250ml electrolyte at 1hour. Although, if at race intensity would have gone for a third gel at 2hour and maybe a banana at 1:30hour instead of a gel. 
Weather was beautiful and one of the most enjoyable races I have ran. Route was perfect. Atmosphere was great. Would highly recommend. 10/10✅
