That's it. I've had all I can stands, and I can't stands no mo! Bags packed. I'm moving to Alberta!!! :D
What did you think? I wasn't excited about the climb itself, quite the slog up that gully. But the views definitely made up for it for me. Much rockfall coming down in the gully?
Andrew Couzens lets house swap! Nov-April sound good? I remember those pictures of grass and flowers you were posting in Feb...
Thanks Mike and Dennene!!
Phil Richards heard the odd crack and zip of little rocks but nothing major. Almost got handed my first attempt at the top, lots of snow made it pretty iffy but between the two of us we managed to find a half decent route...traversing across the tops of those exposed gullys in the snow was interesting. Slog for sure! Views were incredible but sure happy I don't have to go back up there for a few years at least ;)
Yeah, that little traverse below the summit was interesting, some loose rubbish for holds.
Rubbish for sure! Everything was super loose. Not much of a treat after such a slog ha ha
Damn! That's been on my list for a while now! Sweet one man!
Thanks Robert!! It'll be a memorable trip, especially this time of year with the larches
