I've been wanting to try the BEAR cafe's for a while, and with this route I was able to stop at 2 different ones! First one in Stone, second in Northwich. Tasty coffee and lots of tempting food options. I opted for a plant based Ginger Loaf slice with Chocolate pieces.

Having ticked off La Marmotte and taken a couple of lower load weeks I want to get back to working on short term power and punch. So the plan today was to ride steady on the flats and then "punch" up any inclines (basically avoid too much z3). It was a solid legs day for sure and I was pleased with my ability to repeat the punches right through the ride. Legs up with Le Tour this afternoon now.
