Morning Run

Friday/Saturday Outside Lands, Sunday Evolution Loop, today this - a good birthday weekend! Felt fantastic the first 5 miles, and then the fatigue from yesterday sunk in 😂. This route was one of the first solo ‘long’ days that I ever did when I was ~18 - I remember being nervous, starting at 5:00 which seemed crazy, hitchhiking back from Whitewolf, and being totally destroyed. Pretty cool that I can jog it in several hours now the day after running the Evolution Loop. The canyon was slower going terrain than I remembered, and the climb out to whitewolf was just hot and brutal. Not the fastest of days but a heck of a way to cap off the weekend!
