Walk with Mom

Not fasted, but not fully fueled.

I got slightly off course at the very beginning due to it being dark. Otherwise, my track here is the Chimney Melon 50k course. So, the elevation gain is probably correct (as opposed to my previous tracks made with an ancient GPS watch).

The only calories I consumed on while running/hiking were 20 dates (460 calories) and 4 oz. mixed nuts (680 calories). I did eat two bananas, a bunch of strawberries and a bunch of grapes at my truck between loops.

Whee!
