50k PR! Unbelievably rad to be in a race/on the podium with the NEW World Record holder 🤯🙏🥳 went out pretty hard with Chikara & faded the last 20k or so, but other than that (nutrition, gear, etc.) was spot on. Definitely a little fatigued from the workout Wed — all in all a really good day, 6 weeks out from the main goal to close out this season. Check out the course profile, that is one sneaky hard lap. 8th fastest time ever on the course in 35 years.
