MUTED activity because ⛰️🌧️🥶🙅‍♂️ Enjoyment 0/10. No fun. No photos. Foggy - visibility zero. Got lost a few times. Change of route because of the poor weather - GPS kept rerouting on some random roads with lots of traffic. Had to hike 1k in the mud at some point. Shoes & bike got dirty AF. Failed KOM attempts and unfinished business because change of route. V-breaks were so inefficient in the rain, I had to go super slow downhill and in town… Scary and hands were almost cramping from constant tension on the breaks. Shivering most of the time because of the long descents. Didn’t bring a wind vest because I thought ah Taiwan is so warm u know? Could barely hold my handlebars. Really thought about calling a taxi at some point. I just want to forget this ride…
