I think I was in the lead until about ~800m.. then people started passing me. That was fun.































































































































































































































































just "listened to my legs", apparently they wanted to fly.. they were full of acid by 1 KM. but who gives a shit. :D some solid PR's for me.

The 2nd best 400m is an actual 1st best PR .. i've never run 1:03 since i've had a watch.
