No, the only thing I was taking in was mostly Perpetuem (carbs, fat, protein, sodium and some other minerals), some Coke and some Gatorade. I drank about 12-14l (= 4000-5000 kcal) and did not take any solids. I felt good energy-wise all the way through and never close to a bonk. However, I didn't pee once! Ben, is this a problem? I mean what happens to all the waste products when I metabolise the stuff that I take in? Do I have to get my kidneys checked? Do I have to be concerned?
Nah, as long as you've peed since the race I wouldn't be worried.
