as part of team. 3 loops of Vilkaču marathon, each 3.2km + 180m. Took the first one a bit slower, but the tried to do the second one as fast as I can. Unfortunately couldn't run few of the hills that I should have and lost some valuable time there. 3 seconds off Strava crown. I'm sure I can do better but not today. The third lap was slow at first but once I got my breath back, it was relatively fast effort.
