Hi. Sometimes if I want a flat run around here, I go north of the airstrip and wind along all the cul-de-sacs along Rutherford Road & Aston Ave. You can get a good, flat 5K without repeating anything.

Np, I went out there today to keep myself honest and it's more like 1 mi warmup, 4 miles tempo or whatever you want, then 1mi cool down.
