Morning Walk
Continuation of run, got lost in brim but thankfully found the canal and was home free. Beautiful morning on the canal.
Morning Run, good start got a sub 20 5k with crow lane incorporated into the run! But the dogs leg fucked it so had to stop! Did a few stretches with him and thankfully he was ok and we carried on
Morning Trail Run, more like a fight for my life than a run! Absolutely fucked after that and leg and groin fucked, overall fucked! đ¤Ł
