Another epic Jono. Fantastic!!
Just another lazy day at the office ;-) Impressive top speed!
Wondered what you had up your sleeve this weekend :)
Cheers Tony and Drew. Strava had few probs with the file - top speed was 76k/hr Paul - strava's helpdesk response to the file that training peaks and garmin uploaded......"Sorry, we're not able to process files that large on Strava. We recommend in future recording shorter rides and uploading multiples of them instead of trying to contain it all in one big activity.".....
Jono E Love it...ride too long...although i did see one of the guys on the alpine classic, Sean Vintin do 565km over 36 hours and that seemed to work
yes Paul M NWSCC (Haute Route Triple 2017) that was an insanely massive effort, it usually works ok, but isn't as flexible it seems as tp etc
Yuuup, i had two files; a 246km and a 320km and spliced them together and uploaded to Strave - No issues at all.
Done it again Jono! That's surprising Strava reckons they can't cope with big files, they'd better fix that. How was the back after backpacking all day?
cheers James Brinkhoff i think we were doing everests around about the same time - pretty good weather sunday- monday. i had the postage bag and was in time for the post office but the backpack was ok, mainly bike lock for rawsons hut and a spare tyre for the rocks around Seamans hut on Kozi. got a new smaller backpack with a tummy strap and seemed good so didn't bother the jindy post office ladies. strava is fine.
Tidy work AGAIN Jono! Amazing ride, and another entry in the Everesting hall of fame! Don't forget to chuck in the HRS submission too. Incredible.
