Ate and slept well last night.

I was a late entry for this event organized by our friends at the Copper Country Running Company https://shopccrc.com. With this being my first week easing back into consistent and frequent running, I opted to maintain an easy effort and not race.

Cataloging as a race since 10k events are hard to come by. Ran and chatted with john farquhar (thanks for keeping me honest with my pre-'race' plan), and saw and quick chatted with good people. Good conversations. Light rain and good weather. Good run.
