A brutal few days in the south west! The first section down to Bridgewater was fast with a tailwind before heading west to the relentless long steep climbs of Exmoor and then on to Dartmoor, then the south coast continued the barrage of punishing climbs, some of which I walked as it proves more efficient for me. Heading back north provided a bit of respite to a certain degree, with plenty of great scenery on the way. Had 1.5 hours sleep the first night, and 2 hours the second night, which saw me to completion.
