  1. Robb Lukens

    Great job. Congrats!

  2. Mia Tompkins

    Amazing! Congrats!

  3. Nico R.

  4. Michael Pearlman

    Way to tough it out

  5. Jimmy Mac

Thanks y'all! Didn't get the day I wanted but I got the day I needed.

  6. Jimmy McCarthy

Nice job dude! My LA bonk was a bit more thorough than this.

  7. Jimmy Mac

Jimmy McCarthy dude I split 1:32 / 1:52. Worse than Boston. Although you almost died, so yeah you win.

  8. Simon Edgett

    Still damn good!

  9. Ben Blizard

13th oa -- seems like a really tough course.

  10. Jimmy Mac

Just checked the update, apparently I was 12th. They had a lot of "early starters" for the full and half, I think they added someone in there by accident.

  11. Ben Blizard

That downhill at the start must have wrecked some quads.

  12. Jimmy Mac

My quads feel great, my hips and core feel wrecked. I love running downhill, it's definitely the draw for this race. 6:40 pace felt like 7:20.

  13. J Dimo

    Sick amigo!

  14. Roy Gilb

    Great grind man.

  15. Jimmy Mac

    Thanks guys, PT always wins.

  16. Kim D.

Sorry about the bonk but that's still an awesome pace! Great job!!

  17. Joseph Jensen

Still a sick time and 12OA ain't nothing to snarf at!! Congrats!!! How'd you like the course? Two of my buds ran the half yesterday. MASSIVE bling!!

  18. Jimmy Mac

Kimberly Driscoll thanks! It wasn't that bad, now that I've had some time to reflect
Joseph Jensen these medals are ridiculous, the size of salad plates

  19. Miguel D.

    Awesome job! congrats.

  20. Enzo Amara

Hi, I just read your race report (randomly found it online). As I was reading it, I thought, this person is the person who called this race a major bonk (I had creeped on strava to look at last year's athlete's times, elevations etc)... Anyhow, I had a lot of fun reading your report. Are you running it this year again? Funny enough I ran a 3:07 PR a month ago and am going all out on this one in two weeks hoping to run sub3 and BQ. Best of luck on your running adventures! Enzo

  21. Jimmy Mac

Enzo! No I am not running Two Rivers again, I'm running Boston this year. Thanks for reading my blog and good luck- I'd love to go back to Two Rivers one year and run a really fast time, that course is awesome! I'm sure you'll do great!
