Just time in the saddle again😊

Restless night, legs were throbbing, had to get out to get things moving. Maybe it was the 120g/hr of carbs yesterday, or maybe just my legs and body being a bit “numb”, but I decided to go for a push up a KOM that Matt thrashed my time on 2 weeks ago👍🏼i knew within a minute of the effort that my legs were ooozing form, so I settled in and saved something for the big push at the end that I need to implement more often. A brilliant ride for morale, long may these feelings continue.
