"East and West Coasts" 600K audax from Mytholmroyd. It rained a bit. Also the awful head wind in places, especially in the "Wyre" and the "Fylde" heading to Glasson Dock and back to Whalley.
Poynton. "The 2 Kirtons" 600 K Audax. A trifle bit on the hot side, head winds, and more hills than I can remember make for a demanding ride. But, only "our an arf" more than I planned on overall.
