Ran late in the day and boy it was muggy. Shattered after another terrible nights sleep, so went out with no plan apart from following my nose and running by feel. Went with trails for some peace and quiet, and didn’t see a soul. Bit stop start in places where the path was really overgrown and unrunnable. Usual aches but not really painful. Legs felt pretty good, but opted to turn for home early, while things still felt ok. Heat started to take its toll on the return to town. Sweat was running off me in rivers by the end but was good to be out.
