Yes! Thought the extra flexibility and slightly less stable platform than the Torin would set off my injury, but I think it actually helped by not making me think about my foot, just letting me do what came naturally. The Ego cushioning is like a dream come true, I hope they put that into other shoes too.
I grabbed a pair a couple of weeks ago, but used them on a down hill street run. Aggravated my perineal. They are incredibly comfy. I imagine they would be pure joy on buffed single track.
I haven't tried on trails, but the design of the rubber pods make me think the sole would be good. The drawback is at least for me, they're a touch loose-fitting. I want to try a smaller size though I'm not sure they'll work. The King MT is a great trail shoe with Ego, but I'm hoping for a Superior with Ego, as the MT is a bit thinner but burly tread.
