Hard rain but it is the only opened time today. 15min tempo then prog. to super easy
Wake up run. No pace thinking just enjoying the slight rain and a small drop in temperature.
Tried to keep a tempo but I was not feeling great.
Easy jog, goal was just running 30 minutes.
That's basically my 5k pace ,🫣. After 1k, I treated it like a race.
