Doing the Ddu again

Brutal heat today.  Was going pretty well up to 30k mark and Ogwen (5 hrs) and then took 9hrs to cover 21k as the heat took its toll - dizziness, asthma, breathing problems.  Had to lie down 4 times on the way down Snowdon to clear my head. Luckily had my inhaler and antihistamines with me, but boy it was brutal.  Tomorrow is another day so hopefully will cope better tomorrow.
