Not sure why my Garmin hasn't uploaded Day 4 to Strava yet.  Anyway, Day 4 went pretty well, but Day 5 was another brutal one with the heat on the Beacons unbearable and virtually no water available to cool down except in a few spots.  Doing the last 10k in the dark, in particular the fiddly 5k river bank bit, was horrible, but about 5 or 6 of us all got in 15 mins before the final cutoff of the day.
