Afternoon Ride

One of the most dynamic, aggressive, and challenging races of the entire year for me, and that includes Nationals! The course is totally unsuited to my strengths, yet Ariel Herrmann and I managed to make the winning move and give Velo Kings a run for their money. Felt good all day, despite the constant attacking from our competitors. There was no free ride in that breakaway. Congrats to Matt Koenig for the win and everyone else who made this race so fun and hard.
