I cycle for fun, and run as cross-training for cycling (and increasingly for fun, too). A little hiking and canoeing in the mix from time to time, and XC skiing in the winter. My day job is sedentary but is often self-scheduling, so if you see me cycling or running on a weekday afternoon, I'll be working in the evening or on the weekend to make it up! Strava doesn't have a category for 25K run PRs, but I have one: 2:03:06, set at the River Bank Run in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on May 13, 1995.
