I will continue to improve my fitness and lose weight in 2017. I ran the Chicago Marathon in 2014. My 2017 fitness goals are: (i) to run 468 miles; (ii) to ride 1,800 miles on my road bike; and (iii) to lose 50 lbs. I WILL be consistent with my diet!
