Trail and road runner fueling on plant-based and juicing (ideally) while chasing a BQ, marathons and ultras with 100+ runs over 13.1, 13 runs over 26.2 and two 50K runs. TNF 50K SF w/ 6,000 vert 5:19:05 (2014). PR marathon 3:19:17 (CIM 2013). PR Half 1:29:14 (2017 training). PR 110 miles in 7 days with 14-19 miles each day. PR 320 miles in 4 weeks during a Juice Fast (2017). Ran the SF Marathon course in 3:26 on 101st day of a Juice Fast (2017).
