I started running just to get in shape while doing other sports like climbing, windsurf, surf and swimming. Running surprised me because its simplicity in terms of equipment while being complex to keep every step efficient. I test my efficiency by trying to run long distances with minimal shoes. Up to now, I can stand more miles every year and still increasing my speed! Today running is my main sport.
