I started riding bikes to improve my health. A slipped disc in my lower back, Asthma, and Fibromyalgia have me on several medications. My goals are simple. Lose 200lbs, improve flexibility, and have a stronger heart. No matter how long it takes, I will walk/bike/swim! updates: 12/16/15 I have lost 70llbs and am not taking ANY daily meds! :)
