If you are fed up with the cold winter weather, but want to keep training at a high level, please have a look:
Training intensity prescription and adaptation variability: is it a matter of precision?
Background: Many methods have been proposed to prescribe exercise intensity for high-intensity interval training. Yet, a large adaptation variability is observed in training studies, no matter which method is used. We aim to investigate whether fine-tuning intensity prescription through a novel method decreases the variability in training responses.
Benefits: Free consultation on how to optimise your training and detailed report including V̇O2max, lactate threshold, ventilatory thresholds, cycling efficiency and 20-min time-trial performance.
☑ I am a healthy man
☑ I am familiar with training as hard as possible
☑ I train at least 6 h per week
☑ I perform at least 1 high-intensity cycling session per week
☑ I am 18 to 50 years old
