Walking as a routine for one hr each day. Swim for 1 hr with my grand son.I practice yoga and pranayama. Work in the office for 3 hrs in the morning and take care of my grandson in the afternoons..I make charcoal Portraits, Still life water colors. Done land scapes and wall murals with acrylic paints.
