In 1977 I had a basketball injury resulting in knee surgery. My Orthopedic Surgeon told me the best conditioning method for rehabing the knee was cycling. I bought a bike and joined Major Motion Cycling Club and have been riding ever since. "Keep in Motion" was our club motto and I have adopted it as my own.
