Things i think are good: polarized training, short intervals, training fasted. I like trail running, cycling up hills, swimming and obstacle courses. My upper body is weak from only cycling. Obstacles are making me stronger but heavier, which isn't good for climbing hills. That seems like a fair trade to me tho.
