Since my last bio update I've made it to the big Five-Oh! (can't believe I'm a third of the way through life already...) Still living and loving life in the Yarra Valley, Victoria, Australia.
I've been riding for 46 years (I was a late starter at age 4) and go through periods of running (followed by longer periods of not running).
I've been a vegetarian for over 20 years. Is this the healthiest diet I could follow? I'm not sure but really don't want to go back to killing animals to find out.
Lately I've been riding:
- Road (training/fitness & recreation)
- MTB, less often (mainly for recreation and a possible return to XC Endurance racing)
- Single Speed (recreation/coffee trips/base miles & an 80km round trip commute when I can drag my butt out of bed at 4:30am)
