I've really started to understand how being active truly helps me engage with more in my life. It's only taken 45years. A little time out, time away, time in the outdoors is vital physical and mental nourishment that energizes me for being a Dad, getting stuff done, supporting others and meeting the needs and demands of my day or week. Today started off with a cracking stand up paddle followed by a royal flush 5mile run.
