Open every month, our mileage training series is there when you need an extra challenge. Whether you start the Challenge on September 1st or join in the last week, set yourself a distance goal and and make it happen!
To keep you motivated along the way, there are four five milestone achievement badges to be earned. They start at 250 km and go all the way up to 1,250 km.
WIll this be your biggest month of the year? Push yourself this September by increasing the distance of your rides and/or adding an extra day of training to your weekly calendar.
As a reminder, don't feel compelled to join every monthly distance Challenge. Rest your body (and mind) when needed.
Total Kilometers Ridden
Athletes that take part in this Challenge will receive the gift of fitness (and potentially some digital milestone badges).
The Challenge starts and ends based on each riders local time zone.
Manual entries, trainer rides, or rides marked 'Private' will not count towards your Challenge effort.
All activities logged during the Challenge period must be uploaded to Strava no later than October 3rd, 2013.
