The feeling of a good effort is something we all share, and we've never needed it more than we do now. But when every day feels like the one before, and cancelled races make it even harder to stick to a plan, we need a nudge to keep us on the path to feeling connected and healthy.

If you're new to Forest Park adventures, you can easily access Wild Cherry via Leif Erickson (where Thurman St dead ends). Take a hard left at the trail head for the start of your 478ft, .84 mile climb. You'll know you've completed the segment just as NW 53rd comes into sight, or you're totally out of breath!
Pat yourself on the back, you're now 1% Better.
