We expect all athletes to honour the Strava Community Standards, which includes abiding by all health advisements and restrictions in your area prior to undertaking any physical activity.
You will only appear in the ranking if you complete an activity of more than 5km. To ensure that you reach the goal of the challenge, we recommend that you run a little more than 5km during your activity (about 0.25km more). This will give you a margin of error in case the distance of the activity is reduced after loading it to Strava due to the cleaning of the GPS irregularities. You can get information about how the distance is calculated in our application in this article from the Knowledge base.
The Challenge starts and ends based on each runner's local time zone. Treadmill runs are eligible.
All activities logged during the Challenge period must be uploaded to Strava no later than three days after the Challenge ends.
