Setting off from Bakehouse we make our way to the Bath Road heading towards Whitchurch. Crossing the A37 we join the country lanes of Sustrans Route 3 before dropping down into Stanton Drew. A few punchy climbs takes us round Pensford and Compton Dando before arriving for our mid-ride coffee break at The Little Coffee Shop in Saltford. Afterwards we quickly join onto the Bristol to Bath bike path for our gentle and (mostly) flat ride back to Bristol for a beer.
